How our scrap value calculator works

Our calculator couldn’t be simpler to use. All we need is your vehicle details and your address. We’ll do the rest in the blink of an eye.

Rego: This helps us identify the exact make, model and age of your car, and ensures we calculate the best, most accurate quote possible. If you don’t have a rego you can give us the make and model manually.
Postcode: This helps us locate where you are in New Zealand, which means we can calculate the best scrap prices in your local area.

How to have your scrap car collected

Once you have accepted the quote for your car, we can collect it from you – scrap car collection is free! One of our team will contact you by email or phone to arrange an ideal collection time. We’ll do our best to collect at your chosen time, and we collect most cars within just two working days.

Our collection times are usually Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm and Saturday’s 8am till noon. If this doesn’t work for you, do let us know and we’ll do our best to make the timing work.
